Tennis Anyone?

Today was fun as I got to sub tennis and played a really tough match.  Great cardio and a really fun time.  

Working out doesn’t always have to be so strict, or be a certain way.  It’s good to have fun, do something different and really remember what it was like to enjoy the things you did when you were younger or a kid.  As we become adults, we forget the things that made us happy and we lose the feeling of playing a game.  Remember how much fun games were as a kid, like hide and seek, kickball, stickball, red light green light, etc.  Such active games.  We kept in shape because we were always running, jumping, climbing etc.  It’s a shame we lose that as we age.  

What types of games were your favorite as a kid?  Can you do some form of that game now?  Try something new or a new version of an old activity you liked.  You’ll be surprised at how great you feel!
