Sore muscles anyone?
This morning I was pretty sore, so I took the morning off and waited until the evening to work out when I taught a cardio resistance class. Important to listen to your body, especially when you feel soreness. Don’t be a hero. Stretch instead. I ended up using a foam roller to break up the fascia tissue, and it really helped to alleviate the soreness. Be smart. Be kind to your body!
