Ah rest
Yes it’s rest day again! I love taking this day to catch up on my personal fun things: reading,, watching the Eagles play football, thinking about and planning my week.
It’s so important to take time for yourself and think and strategize your fitness week. Things don’t happen by themselves. Having a plan is crucial and taking time to plan is the only way to make things happen. Also, giving your brain a break by doing relaxing, enjoyable things is important as well!
