So it’s been 2 weeks since I stopped sugar and I’m starting to really see the benefits! This week I started to feel increased energy, my achy joints stopped aching and my cravings went down! It’s wonderful! Last night I was tempted by sugary desserts and alcohol and was able to stand firm and not partake of any of them! What a feeling of accomplishment😊
