DAY 1

Some things threatened to distract me from my goals today.  So I reminded myself to take this day, in itself, and not look to the future beyond this day.  I put my phone on do not disturb and started my day:

6:30am, woke up, got myself going and headed out the door for a 1.5 mile run.  Finished and headed to my workout room for some tubing exercises, 3 sets of each.

Had homemade spelt bread with pineapples for breakfast.  Did good with food all day, but probably didn’t eat enough, which I will work on.  Good with water consumption.  Tonight I will teach a circuit class, have a great dinner and then relax.

I am determined, and continue to put one foot in front of the other, on my path to transformation!
