Day 3

Off to a great start today!  For breakfast I had an egg white omelet with tomatoes and avocado.  YUM!  Helped to start my day on a good course.

Lunch was quinoa with Lean ground beef and that will probably be my dinner as well as I don’t feel like cooking!  Fruit in between and I feel good.

I felt the need to rest my body a bit today.  I taught a cardio resistance class this evening that was TOUGH!  Knowing the class would be tough, I didn’t work out this morning as I’ve worked out twice a day Monday and Tuesday.  It is important to listen to your boday.  I felt a level of fatigue when I woke up that let me know I needed to rest and repair.  By the time evening came I felt renewed.
