Day 27

So even though it was a night of coughing and not great sleep, I got up and did a workout.  I feel really good and glad I did it! I actually feel energized.  Its amazing how exercise really helps.  Of course you have to listen to your body.  Yesterday would have been a different story as I could tell I was run down.  But today is another day, and it’s started out great!  How about you?  How’s your journey going?  If I can help please email me at lisa@ahealthyfit.net.  I’ll be glad to talk to you.
