Day 34
This morning I taught a circuit training class with bands. Boy was that a muscle workout! I love when I can really feel those muscles fatiguing and working. It was just the kind of workout I needed this morning!
I am looking forward to starting the Fast Metabolism workout on Monday. I love the way I feel when I am on the eating program.
