Day 44

 

Today I did a weight training workout in the morning, then a step class at night.  In between I managed to eat very well, but my water consumption was lacking a little, will have to do better tomorrow!

The weight loss is being a bit stubborn this week, but that seems to be very consistent with week 2 of the Fast Metabolism Diet for some reason.  I’m not fixated on the weight, it’s just something I always notice and then hear from my clients as well.  It can be frustrating as you start out on week 1 seeing amazing results right away, then week 2 presents a struggle LOL.  Anyway, knowing this, I soldier on and my main goal is CONSISTENCY!  I want to stay on track.  This isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon to the finish line.
