It’s been over 4 weeks since I started the No Sugar Diet and I feel great!  It was tough at times, I know without a doubt, that I don’t want to go back.  I actually tried a piece of candy a couple of days ago, and it tasted terrible to me!  Chocolate!  Go figure!

Anyway, I am even more determined to keep going, and will continue on with The Fast Metabolism Diet.  If you’ve struggled to lose weight, especially after Menopause and beyone, this is the Eating Plan for you!

I plan on starting it this Monday, but officially I am kicking it off in my A Healthy Fit Lifestyle Membership April 4th.  Join me!
