Day 72

Today was a 2 mile run.  Eating has been really bad, it’s hard timing wise and vacation.  So I plan on hitting the eating really hard and strict when I get back.  

That’s the thing about real life and real life eating.  You cannot sustain a regimen that doesn’t allow for special times of special food.  The key is having the tools to get back on track and stay focused.  And that’s what I plan on doing!
