Day 75

Last beach run of the vacation (SOB!) and so I made it a good one.  Ran 2.5 miles at a decent pace and felt great! 

So sad to be leaving my happy place, but happy to get back on track with eating.  I’ve been doing a lot of reading on the role of nutrition and prevention of disease, sickness, etc. and I’ve decided I’m going to start juicing.  Looking forward to the creations I’ll be concocting and sharing with YOU!
