Feels so good to get back on track

Full day of exercise again!  WOOHOO! Boy does it feel so good!

Morning 1.5 mile run, followed by weight training.  In the evening, I taught one of my favorite classes…Balletone.  Sweated up a storm.

It really does a body good to have a fitness routine.  Gotta get back to my water consumption, but other than that all is good!
