Battling fatigue

Today was a busy day exercise wise.  Step in the morning then Pilates Stretch at night.  I am definitely on the verge of sickness, but I think I will be able to keep it to a minimum.  Because of this, I will make tomorrow a rest day, to give my body a chance to fight it off.  Always important to listen to your body!  I am making sure to get my water in as well so I am properly hydrated!
