Got my groove back!

Ran 1.5 this morning and it felt very comfortable.  Loved it!  I have had a lot of energy today, which came in handy as I had floors and bathrooms to clean LOL.

Tonight I will be doing a weight training workout and I plan on using heavy weights.  Eating has been good, and trying to up my protein intake.  By the end of November I want to see more definition in my body and have a leaner, toned look.  GOALS!
