Bands!

Was in the mood to do a band workout so I did.  Always remarkable what a workout this is!  I love the feeling of the type of resistance training that the bands give.  It works your body in a different way than weights and even body weight exercises.  

I also love how versatile bands are, and how easy they are to throw in a suitcase and travel with.  I often will take some tubing and bands when I travel.  That way if a gym isn’t that great where I am going, I can make my own workout in my hotel room.  Perfect!
