Clearing my mind

Today was a little off schedule as I had my three grandsons stay over last night.  Always fun!  Love having them over!

When I dropped them off at their house I went home and just felt a little restless.  So I did a 1.5 mile run to clear my head.  Really felt good after and got a lot of things done.  Sometimes you just need to clear the cobwebs from your brain and a good exercise session really helps!
