Day 347

What a great 2 mile run in Floriday today.  Sunny and warm, felt great!   Tomorrow I will be boarding the ship, so I’m sure I won’t get a workout in, but I can use a day of rest tomorrow.  If I can sneak a run in the morning I will.  Otherwise, I will get my workouts in on the ship.
