WHEW!!!!

Well what a couple of weeks!!

Flew to Ft. Lauderdale and ran one day, 2 miles.

Then boarded the cruise ship for 6 days and ran, ziplined, stairs, etc.  LOL active trip.

Came home and taught cardio resistance on Thursday, Pilates Thursday night, ran on Friday for 2 miles, cardio resistance and Tennis on Saturday, and Sunday bike ride.

Can’t believe I have 1 more week left until I’ve done my year long Birthday transformation journey!!
