Back on schedule

Did a 1.5 mile run which felt good.  In the evening did a cardio resistance workout for the muscles.  

Exercise has become such a part of my life, that when I get off schedule, it affects my mood in the sense that I feel “off”.  I enjoy how I feel after the workout, and the calm and peacefulness I feel.  Any stress, tension, etc. just rolls away.  I highly recommend it!!
